O'Sullivan Beach
A quiet, rocky cove and boat ramp between Christies and Hallett Cove - the last of the metropolitan beaches before you enter the Fleurieu proper.
A small, rocky cove
O'Sullivan Beach is a small, tucked-away cove framed by sandstone cliffs and reef platforms. The beach itself is narrow - a strip of sand at the base of the cliffs - but the real draw is the rock pools at low tide and the quiet away from the busier Christies and Port Noarlunga beaches just to the south.
The boat ramp
The O'Sullivan Beach boat ramp is one of the main recreational launching points on the metropolitan coast, popular with fishers heading out to the gulf.
Walking
The clifftop walking path runs north all the way to Hallett Cove and south toward Christies Beach. The views from the cliffs out across Gulf St Vincent on a clear day reach to the Yorke Peninsula.
