The main Deep Creek campground

Stringybark Campground is the largest and most developed of the campgrounds inside Deep Creek Conservation Park, with 16 marked sites for caravans and tents. It is the only campground in the park with hot showers, which makes it the natural base for multi-day visitors.

Facilities

Hot showers, flushing toilets, BBQ shelters, picnic tables, a small camp kitchen and ranger contact point. Powered sites are not available - this is bush camping. Bookings are required through Parks SA.

Stringybark sits in stringybark forest at moderate elevation, central to the network of walking trails through the park. Tapanappa Lookout, Aaron Creek and Cobbler Hill are all within an hour's walk.
