Pizzateca is a Neapolitan wood-fired pizzeria built into a working vineyard property on Chalk Hill Road, with a vine-shaded outdoor dining area that is one of the most photographed eating spots in McLaren Vale. The pizza is the real, slow-fermented Neapolitan style - blistered crust, San Marzano tomato, fior di latte and serious char from the wood oven.
