Grounded Cru sits among historic Ingoldby Road vineyards and has grown quickly into a Halliday five-star winery. The recently renovated cellar door is one of the lighter, more contemporary rooms in the region, with an alfresco area and a sprawling lawn for a glass on a sunny afternoon.
Wines and visiting
Flights focus on premium McLaren Vale shiraz, grenache and cabernet, with food platters available. Open Thursday to Monday 11am to 4:30pm - bookings recommended for weekends.
