Salomon Estate is the Australian outpost of the Austrian Salomon Undhof winemaking family, set on the Finniss River north of Goolwa. The estate produces a small range of premium reds with a European sensibility - balanced, cool-climate Shiraz and Cabernet alongside the flagship Alttus blend.
